		<description>These are good tips and nice way of viewing and remembering the &#039;lessons&#039;. I&#039;m going to apply them to my new &#039;product&#039; which is a team blog aimed at new bloggers. I want to build an interactive community, which is scarce (need to commit to helping each other), where bloggers are recognized with success stories, prestige is something on the horizon (get in on ground floor!) and where the participants tell us and receive what they need to be successful. Thanks for simple yet effective thoughts!</description>
