As a real estate agent, one of my favorite blogs was from another agent out of Connecticut (I'm in Missouri) that had a Bad MLS photo series. Agents all over the country sent him horrible MLS pictures, including me. He decided to get out of real estate and shut down the blog. I picked up where he left off and my Bad MLS Photo series gets people laughing and familiar with my blog. Hopefully, they'll stick around and see that there is also great information on real estate and come back for more. I agree totally.
